Project Overview
The UnCommons campus in Southwest Las Vegas represents one of the region’s most ambitious mixed-use developments, combining over 500,000 square feet of Class A office space, more than 830 residential units, and a vibrant mix of dining and retail. Dri Tech was selected as a key partner for roofing and architectural wall systems across several high-profile structures, including Platform One, the campus’s signature culinary hall. Working alongside renowned design firm Gensler, Dri Tech helped bring a bold architectural vision to life with precision and reliability. The project’s exceptional quality and impact were recognized with a 2025 NAIOP Southern Nevada Spotlight Award.

Our Approach
Dri Tech collaborated closely with the general contractor, architects, and other trades from pre-construction through completion. We specified and installed advanced roofing assemblies designed for energy efficiency, longevity, and compatibility with mechanical and solar infrastructure.
For Platform One and select commercial structures, our sheet metal and wall panel teams delivered custom-fabricated architectural cladding that met both performance demands and Gensler’s design intent. Installation was sequenced to align with tight construction milestones while ensuring flawless integration of flashing, penetrations, and transitions.
