Project Overview
Symphony Park represents a transformative urban redevelopment in the heart of Downtown Las Vegas, integrating luxury residential towers, retail spaces, and cultural venues into a cohesive, walkable district. Dri Tech was selected to deliver roofing and architectural sheet metal services for several key buildings within the development, including the high-rise Cello Tower and the mixed-use Origin project. Our work helped shape the skyline of this revitalized area while supporting long-term performance and architectural integrity.

Our Approach
Dri Tech deployed experienced crews and project managers to oversee installation across multiple structures with varying scopes. For both high-rise and mid-rise components, we installed high-performance single-ply roofing systems engineered for energy efficiency, UV resistance, and long-term waterproofing.
Our architectural sheet metal division fabricated and installed decorative fascia, parapet coping, and vertical paneling to accentuate clean lines and contemporary finishes. Special attention was given to transitions between roofing and amenity spaces—such as rooftop terraces and mechanical platforms—to ensure both function and aesthetics.
