The Hampton Inn & Suites in Las Vegas underwent a significant renovation focused on modernizing its exterior envelope and improving long-term building performance. As part of this transformation, Dri Tech was brought in to execute a comprehensive roofing and architectural sheet metal upgrade tailored to the hospitality industry’s demanding standards. Our Approach
Dri Tech began by conducting a detailed assessment of the existing roof and exterior features. We recommended a modern, single-ply roofing system with excellent UV resistance and low-maintenance requirements — ideal for Las Vegas’ harsh climate.
To complement the roof upgrade, our architectural sheet metal team fabricated and installed custom fascia, soffits, and trim designed to refresh the hotel’s profile and improve drainage performance. All work was scheduled in phases to maintain guest safety and hotel operations, with strict attention paid to cleanliness and noise control throughout the project.
