Evora Mixed-Use Campus
Project Overview
Evora is a $500 million, 42-acre mixed-use development redefining urban living in Southwest Las Vegas. Featuring 1,343 apartment units and over 240,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, the campus was designed to blend upscale residential, dining, and lifestyle amenities within a walkable environment. Dri Tech was selected to deliver roofing and wall panel systems across multiple structures, playing a key role in ensuring performance, durability, and architectural cohesion throughout the project.

Our Approach
Dri Tech implemented a versatile approach tailored to Evora’s diverse building program. We installed high-performance single-ply roofing systems across residential and retail buildings, selected for their energy efficiency, low maintenance, and long-term weather protection.
For the building façades, our team fabricated and installed insulated metal wall panels and architectural cladding designed to complement the project’s modern urban aesthetic while contributing to the overall building envelope performance. Sequencing was carefully managed to ensure alignment with each phase’s delivery schedule and to accommodate below-grade waterproofing tie-ins where applicable.
