Dri Tech conducted a full site review to evaluate both roofing and façade requirements. For the roofing system, a high-performance single-ply membrane was selected to maximize energy efficiency and provide reliable, long-term protection.
In parallel, our architectural sheet metal team fabricated and installed custom fascia, soffits, and paneling to enhance the building’s visual profile. Careful coordination ensured that roofing and sheet metal work progressed in alignment, maintaining both quality and efficiency. Special attention was given to transitions, penetrations, and edge detailing to guarantee watertight integrity and long-term resilience.
