Project Overview
The Beltway Business Center is a multi-tenant industrial park strategically developed to support a variety of light industrial, warehouse, and flex-use tenants in the Las Vegas metro area. Dri Tech was selected to provide complete roofing and architectural sheet metal services across the park’s newly constructed buildings. The scope included energy-efficient roofing systems and wall panel installations designed to maximize long-term performance and visual uniformity across the development.

Our Approach
Dri Tech installed high-performance single-ply roofing systems on all structures within the park, selected for their proven durability, solar reflectivity, and low maintenance requirements. These systems were designed to handle future rooftop equipment loads, including HVAC and solar, without compromising watertight integrity.
To complement the roofing systems, our architectural sheet metal team fabricated and installed insulated metal wall panels and exterior trim that provided a clean, modern aesthetic while enhancing thermal performance. Work was scheduled in coordination with the general contractor to meet phased delivery timelines for each building.
