Auric is a luxury mid-rise residential development in the heart of Las Vegas, designed to deliver high-end urban living with a modern architectural aesthetic. Dri Tech was selected to provide roofing and architectural sheet metal systems for the project, contributing to both the visual appeal and performance envelope of the building. Our scope supported the developer’s goal of creating a refined, energy-efficient, and resilient residential community.

Our Approach
Dri Tech proposed and installed a single-ply roofing system engineered for energy performance and long-term weather resistance. The assembly was selected to complement rooftop amenity areas while providing robust protection for the building’s mechanical systems and residential units below.
Our architectural sheet metal division fabricated and installed custom coping, fascia, and cladding elements that reinforced the building’s modern look while ensuring watertight transitions and structural durability. Throughout construction, Dri Tech worked in close coordination with the general contractor and design team to meet tight schedule milestones and uphold high aesthetic standards.
