The Arroyo Commerce Center is a modern logistics and light industrial development strategically located in the Las Vegas Valley. Designed to serve a range of distribution and warehousing tenants, the project features multiple high-bay structures optimized for operational efficiency and environmental performance. Our Approach
Dri Tech proposed and installed high-performance single-ply roofing systems engineered to meet both thermal insulation targets and long-term durability needs. The roofing assemblies were optimized for reflectivity and energy efficiency, contributing to the project’s overall LEED compliance strategy.
In parallel, our sheet metal team fabricated and installed architectural metal components including coping, flashing, and edge details tailored to withstand high wind exposure and thermal cycling common in Southern Nevada. Materials were staged strategically to support just-in-time delivery, helping the general contractor stay on track across multiple buildings.
Results
Dri Tech successfully delivered watertight, energy-efficient roofing and metal systems across the Arroyo Commerce Center, enabling the developer to meet both schedule and sustainability goals.
