Animal Foundation Expansion
Project Overview
As part of Clark County’s $39 million investment to expand and modernize animal care services, the Animal Foundation in Las Vegas added a new 40,000-square-foot facility aimed at increasing intake capacity and enhancing emergency response operations. Dri Tech was selected to provide roofing and architectural sheet metal services, delivering a durable, efficient building envelope to support the shelter’s critical mission.

Our Approach
Dri Tech worked closely with the general contractor and design team to deliver a roofing system that balances longevity, thermal performance, and cost efficiency. A single-ply membrane was selected for its proven performance in high-traffic, high-sun environments like Las Vegas.
To complement the roof system, our architectural sheet metal division fabricated and installed custom flashing, coping, and wall metal details. These elements not only ensured watertight protection but also contributed to the building’s clean, modern appearance. All work was executed with a focus on timeline, safety, and long-term value for the County and the community.
Results
